The Rising Stars Scouting Report is coming soon!
Our evaluations focus on all aspects of the game of basketball: ballhandling,
shooting, offensive skills, defensive skills, basketball IQ, agility, intensity,
work ethic, and athleticism. We assimilate this data and offer a ranking that
identifies the individual's strengths and weaknesses.
This ranking system also marks at what level the individual could possibly play
at the collegiate level according to his/her current skills.
Rising Stars Player Evaluations are stored in a database that is accessible by over
300 college coaches and scouting services and monitored by the National Recruiter.
